Blue Discs – Zirconium Mix

Extremely durable, premium abrasive of a zirconium and silicon carbide blend.

Bona 8300’s unique grit composition allows for grinding the floor evenly without fibre ripping, and lasts up to three times as long as those by our closest competitor. The grit material creates new sharp points during use, ensuring that is remains robust throughout its lifetime. Its antistatic properties help to prevent clogging, and ensure cooler runtime, as well as improved dust extraction.

Black Discs – Silicon Carbide

Durable standard abrasive of silicon carbide.

Bona 8100 is a standard abrasive made of silicon carbide, also known as carborundum, a very hard mineral that creates new sharp points when worn. This ensures that it remains robust throughout its lifetime. This property – and an open coat – ensure cool running on high speed machines, such as edge sanders.
