Returns Policy – Trade / Online Sales

This only applies to orders placed with us for trade supply only, you must have activated an online account with us in order to access the products which are covered by this policy.

This policy is applicable only to orders placed via https://www.signatureme.co.uk, for trade sales / supply only, and for individual items and orders below £600.00 GBP in value.

Standard Returns

Returns can be made on individual stock items. However they incur a 30% restocking charge. Items will be inspected once returned for issues with packaging, transit damage, etc. Once this has been done, a refund will be made less any restocking fee. Clearance items are not permitted to be returned, these are sold as seen or listed and priced to clear.

Returning goods can be done via post/courier, or in person to our trade counter.

LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) orders must have been submitted to us with customer warranty details, in order to qualify for return or exchange, as the guarantee on the product is registered with the manufacturer, to ensure traceability.

Special Orders

Returns are not possible on special orders, due to the product being ordered in specifically for your order. Examples include: cuts of flooring, roll-ends, large machines or tools, amongst other items. It is also not possible to return adhesives, as couriers will not collect these for return purposes, they can only be dispatched outbound from us once.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order(s), please contact us as soon as possible. On stock items this is not an issue provided we have not already sent out the order. However, on cut flooring, once it has been cut to the required dimensions, we are unable to cancel your order(s).

Faulty Items

If your individual product or flooring is faulty or defected, please contact us first to ensure we can handle your item(s) correctly and effectively, as this may need to be returned to the manufacturer for quality assurance checks. Claims of faulty or damaged goods must be made to us with 14 days or purchase, and then returned within 14 days of the date of our receipt of notification. Please contact us if you require additional information regarding your products’ warranty or guarantee.

Large Items

Orders over £600.00 GBP are subject to individualised return costs, which are subject to quotation. Please contact us via sales@signatureme.co.uk or 01342 885385 to discuss options.

Returns are not permitted for Palletised deliveries. Please ensure you have selected the correct product(s) you require, as collections of this size are not possible.
